Our experience of choosing and purchasing a house lot of carpet from Harrisons Carpet & Flooring Waikato East has been one of the best experiences in sometime dealing with a sales team and the actual carpet layers. Shane who came to our house with samples etc. was Brillant to deal with, he was not pushy, was clear and concise in his explanation of the various carpet types etc. When telling him I have two other quotes to get a clear idea or types and costings. What I found refreshing is Shane did not run down or speak negatively about other companies to uplift his one but said that was good. Also what I found great was the size of the samples, the first company that came to give a quote had very small samples which made it really difficult to get an idea of the colour and pile differences. Great service, great product and the carpet layers they use could not have been better, really nice guys (Chris & Chris, same names not a gimmick) did an amazing job. I absolutely without hesitation highly recommend Shane, Harrisons and especially the two layers Chris and Chris.

We engaged Harrisons Carpet to purchase and install the vinyl and carpet for our home. Dan was great and very patient whilst I browsed through the samples. I am absolutely delighted with the vinyl flooring installed in my kitchen and hallway. The final result has exceeded my expectations - the colour of the planks complement my grey kitchen cabinets making them look brand new - the kitchen looks as if it has had a full makeover. The hallway looks clean and welcoming. I had "hummed and hawed" about the colour of the planks - I struggled to make up my mind Abby Briggs from Harrisions, was very patient, she guided me and advised without pressure throughout the whole process. The two guys who installed the vinyl planking were excellent - they cheerfully got on with the job which they finished in no time, they cleaned up and left no mess, they even put my fridge back for me, leaving me with a beautiful kitchen and hallway.
