We tried an online booking which didnt go as well as we had hoped, but Leon Inder made time for us and was extremely helpful, obviously experienced and came up with a carpet solution that fitted the rooms and for a reasonable cost. The young men that did the fitting were respectful, helpful and professional. They did a great job and the rooms look great. We chose Invincible-Classic 941 Hokitika, it is warm and soft with a good guarantee. I would happily recommend Harrisons Carpets Whangarei and their team

Our carpet was layed about 6 months ago and it was obvious that we needed 3 extra edging strips which were not in original quote. We had to wait but the job completed recently at no extra cost. Very happy with job. Great carpet layers. Polite and cleaned up after job and great customer service from Lucy. Recommended.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE from Chris and his van with samples and giving me a quote on the spot (something Carpet Court took more than a week to do), Lucy in admin with her prompt responses to my emails and the guys installing the carpet, friendly, helpful and respectful. I love my carpet, it is everything Chris said it would be!!! Harrison's price was better than Carpet Court and they could install it about 6 weeks earlier than Carpet Court as well. From beginning to end, the whole of my experience was really good with Harrisons carpet. Lucy on the phone was always friendly and helpful through out the process. The quote was very quickly given to us and the laying of the carpet was delayed enough for us to empty out the several cabinets and bookcases we had. The guys who came to lay the carpet were friendly and helpful too and hen we had a couple of small problems, Lucy was quick to get a layer back and he was just as friendly to fix things. I can't praise Harrisons enough and would certainly recommend them over any of the other carpet retailers in town and we DID call them all !! She gave excellent advice and was very patient while I went back and forth between all the choices ! After deciding…I changed my mind and it was no problem! Back she came and we made our final choice. We booked a date but then the rain continued and as we live in a lifestyle block and have kids and pets we pushed the install date back and that was all sorted by Amy! The installation was perfect! The carpet is perfect and we are so happy with everything! I really can’t recommend Amy enough….she will do what ever she can to make the experience of spending a lot of money on carpet as pleasurable as possible and I Will definitely recommend her to others and use again when we move! Rob & Shirley on the North Shore are the very type of people who make your business successful and to even err tom overlook this fact would mean you lose big time.... We out here aren't that brand loyal but when you employ those like this couple then you have a recipe of winning and not loosing. Excellent service from Harrisons Carpet, Hobsonville. Good pricing and options and the vinyl and carpet were laid on time and with as little disruption as they could possibly manage. Given this was a refit of a very busy office during work hours this was an amazing achievement. A big thank you also goes to the contractors that Sue engaged for the job - Dan from Boyce Flooring and Daniel from the Flooring Company. Daniel and his team worked around us and were excellent to deal with. We even asked Sue to arrange the plumber to move the toilets while vinyl was being laid and again Rhys from Paragon Plumbing was perfect.

We love our carpet, it looks great and has completely transformed our home. Selecting what we wanted was super easy. We had a whole house lot installed which was a big job but Harrisons made it as stress free as possible. There jewel in their crown was without a doubt the installers Daniel and Zack. They were friendly, super-efficient and total professionals. Nothing was a problem, whether a help with a lift or a super suggestion of changing the look of the stairs with a bull nose fit. Perfect. To top it off we had blinds and curtains installed that go super well with the look of our house. Harrisons top job, we thoroughly recommend you and will be customers again.

The tradesman phoned the evening before confirming he would be coming and was on time in the morning which was great. He laid our vinyl planking down in the kitchen and did a very good job. I am fussy about corners and angles and everyone was measured and fitted perfectly. He left the place spotless after the job was finished. I recommend him for doing such a neat job.
An added bonus he brought his delightful Blue Merle Border Collie who waited patiently in his van the entire time, having a run in the local park at lunchtime. Such a super, obedient beautiful dog too.

Bryan and Sue Turley came to my townhouse at 32H Point Ridge Ave two months ago when I replied to an advertisement for Harrisons Carpets Hobsonville. They were very knowledgeable and helpful right from the beginning of the process. I had a lot of wood flooring and they mapped out what would look better if most of it was removed. They had carpet samples which they bought into the unit so I could sort through and pick the colour I would like. My family and I are just so appreciative of their expertise and my unit looks just fabulous thanks to them. There was no hard sell from them just suggestions as to what colours might look best. We were extremely satisfied with the whole process from consultation to completion. Paul, from Harrisons, was particularly attentive and patient with us, as an elderly couple who rarely purchase carpets, over a number of weeks, helping us to find a particular colour and style for our lounge that matches our existing colours, style, and comfort. The carpet looks sumptuous, and the feel of the carpet underfoot is very bouncy, thick and luxurious. We had visited other carpet providers in the area None of them had able to come up with the style or the colour of carpet that Paul found. The samples were brought to us at home by Harrisons, rather than us going to them and lugging carpet samples backwards and forwards. According to my interaction with Harrison’s team and Paul Cowan I can say they are very considerate and sensible business unlike many others. On my request, Paul made time in the weekend and helped me understand difference of each product category and suitability. He took the measurements quickly and also consulted with the Installer to clarify things before confirming. Quote was given quickly and he was not pushy either. We did not get the floor installed because our plans changed. However, I am happy to recommend Paul from Harrison’s to people looking to get their flooring done.

We used Harrisons recently when we had a crisis with another supplier not able to do the install where a tenant was moving into the house. What amazing service! I can truly say they walked the extra mile... They understood our problem, came to site the same day to quote the work onsite, no waiting on the quote due to circumstances. The install happended as they said, no changes. We realised halveway though the install there was some info not communicated between parties from both ends and they just went ahead and fixed it, no extra charge or questions why! Got there one evening afer hours and the installer was still working to make the deadline we had. They have truly been amazing and i look forward to working with them again and will definitely refer to them in future! Thank you spesifically to the installers. Carpet laying is physcally not an easy job!

Michelle and Devon are fantastic. We have used their services twice now for carpet, vinyl and vinyl plank install. They were professional, kept us well informed throughout the process and offered keen insight into what might suit the colour scheme in the homes. The installers were prompt to arrive, friendly and got the job done quickly and to a high standard. It was also great the Michelle followed up each time with a phone call to make sure we were happy with the result. The initial consultation was excellent Devon was very informative and helpful. The timeframe from first contact to installation was 6 months. Unfortunately this was due to the vinyl I was quoted was not in stock and it took that long for it to become available. From the first time I met up with Sarah, the whole journey of trying to find carpet to suit our decor was effortless. Sarah arrived in her van with heaps of samples & it became very clear that Sarah new what she was talking about & the advice she gave us. After that consultation we decided to go with Harrison's. The carpet arrived with the installers who were absolutely great guys & very professional. The install team led by Bevan, started at 9am & finished at 4pm laying 55 liner meters of carpet. They vacuumed after the lay. They also removed the large items of furniture & placed back virtually in the same spot as well as taking the old carpet away. We also ordered garage carpet. The team led by Colin were also very professional. Overall, we are very impressed by the team & would recommend Sarah - Harrisons to family & friends.

We are so happy with the service provided by Neil and Kirsty at Harrisons Bay of Plenty. We were deciding between them and a competitor to do hard flooring and carpet in our home and ultimately chose Harrisons due to the products they offered. The contractors they used to lay the flooring (in our case, laminate and carpet) were on time, professional, and very efficient. My experience with Harrisons was awesome! Neil who did my initial measure and quote was great. He was very honest about what kind of carpet would suit my needs and i didnt feel like i was being upsold the whole time, everything he said made sense. I was looking to have some carpet laid. A lady came into the shop and was saying she was having carpet laid at that moment by Harrisons. Mentioned that she had had excellent service. The men came and lay the carpet on the 4th of may. Well I was just blown away with the way these men got on and did their job. After my building work had been done I needed some patching done on my carpet. Davin gave me honest and helpful advice about what was required, and the guys did such a skilful job. They used carpet from another room for the patches (which was replaced by carpet that was a very good match). You can barely see where they did the multiple mends - I am very happy.

Daniel responded very quickly to our request to see samples and to have our bedrooms measured, in order to get quotes. The samples that he provided really met our needs and we were able to choose two possible samples immediately. Daniel quickly provided quotes and once we had made our choice worked very hard to get us the best possible price. He also was able to set up an installation date in a very timely fashion. There was one issue when that installation date which was perfect for our daughter, based on her moving date to her new home, had to be adjusted but the company worked with us to make the best of the situation. Fred was super accommodating with providing several quotes for the different options I was considering for my flooring and was even able to source 1 of my preferences that weren’t available in the standard ranges for me. My quotes came through quickly and there was a super fast turnaround for the installers being booked in and coming to complete the jobs. The communication through Fred was fantastic, and the installers always turned up on time when he said they were going to. They were also really flexible and accommodating around a couple of issues with my subfloor that needed to be remedied during both of their installs. Fred’s knowledge and experience were a godsend with his recommendations for my flooring and the installer's work was high quality, fast and efficient as well as always leaving the site super clean and tidy. Absolutely recommend Harrison’s. The whole process was seamless. Nathan was great throughout the project - he spent a lot of time helping me with the big decisions on carpet product and colour and vinyl plank product and colour. He was very patient throughout, answering my questions fully and providing samples to assist me.

We contacted our local Harrisons experts Nathan and Gena for a carpet quote and they duly fitted us in. We knew we were able to pick the carpet samples on site, but Nathan made it really easy by explaining the differences and we only had to take a few inside, I even decided to get a quote for vinyl as well when I saw what he had in his van! I was further surprised when I realised he could do the measure and quote on the spot! It was an easy decision to accept their quote. As arranged, both the carpet and vinyl were expertly laid by Rod and Marty, absolutely faultless! A 100% happy endorsement from us!

I had really fretted about the job of getting the carpets laid. Honestly I had nightmares.
Well it couldn't have been easier. I had spent weeks cleaning out cupboards etc even so I couldn't help worrying about how the whole thing would come together. Russell had promised they would move the heavy stuff.
Well it couldn't have been smoother. Russell and Max arrived early and removed the furniture for the room/rooms that was being done on the day. Wim got stuck in ripping up the old carpet and laying the new one. When he was finished for the day Russell and Max came back to get the furniture back.
Wim was flat out for 3 days, it was a delight to work with this delightful hardworking team. We even got to meet Shirley when she dropped Max off one day.
Oh, by the way, we love the carpet. My husband hadn't been all that keen, but he is delighted with the carpet and the workmanship.

I am absolutely delighted with the vinyl flooring installed in my kitchen and hallway. The final result has exceeded my expectations - the colour of the planks complement my grey kitchen cabinets making them look brand new - the kitchen looks as if it has had a full makeover. Jon was amazing. Great advice re which carpet to select and same with underlay. It was fantastic having a range of carpet samples in my own house.
Layers did an awesome job. Interior has all been repainted over the last few weeks. Old carpet and underlay removed and new laid with not one mark on the paintwork anywhere. Most impressed.

We ordered our carpet through Jon and have nothing better to say than 'fabulous'. Jon was great to work with, answering any emails I sent him, promptly and very, very friendly. We had a house load of carpet installed early this year. There was a problem with a fault in the carpet and Kelly and Andrew Leys could not have been more helpful. They even came and helped remove the faulty carpet. Note the fault was a manufacturing problem not Harrison’s.

I am so happy with the fantastic service from Gavin in Timaru. He helped me choose the perfect colour, type of carpet and underlay for my house.
