Our house was flooded when the Jan'23 'weather event' hit, which meant 80% of our house flooring and walls were stripped. We were so happy to work with Russ to choose our flooring and carpet for our renovation. He was so brilliant, helpful, and quick to respond to emails and requests for samples, etc. We were really impressed with the flooring installer, who did such a professional job too! We had Russ come and measure up and provide excellent suggestions regarding colour choices, sustainability, value-for-money options, and suggestions on how to have all of the 30-year-old carpets ethically disposed of, even though we were only having Harrisons carpeting installed in the 4 bedrooms, passage, and study. He never pressured us to make a decision and managed to get the same discount for us, even when we took a little longer to find the money we needed to install the right carpets for our needs.
