We had the services of Harrisons Rotoura for two flooring projects. Vinyl an carpet install in our self contained unit and re-carpet of our home. We were super happy with the workmanship on both projects.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation on my arrival home today to a completed lavish vinyl floor covering as requested. I was not home at the time this was laid however my son in-law was & spoke highly of the layers professionalism and being well informed about the process including allowing the vinyl to set before the carpet can be laid and scheduling another time to suit for this. I am very happy we have confirmed & scheduled a date for this to happen and am very excited to see the finished look.

Choosing the carpet in one's own home is just so very easy and stress free with Harrisons; one is not faced with a myriad of textures and colours which can be so very overwhelming and time can be taken to consider getting it right, by seeing the carpet samples against other furnishings and lighting inside and outside the home etc. Lawrence's expert advice and knowledge in assisting with making a choice was invaluable to me and I felt very comfortable in my final decision. Everything went very well yesterday. Plumber early and was gone quite quickly after removing the toilet and helping Alan move the washing machine which was a great help. Your boys were on time- were respectful and pleasant to speak with. We were impressed with Sam's quiet and helpful manner in the way in which he was helping Ethan to learn the trade. We were pleased that they did not assume it would be acceptable to play any music while they were here. We think they have done a very good job with the minimum of disruption for us. Thanks, too, for helping move the washing machine back. It was pleasure to have them doing the work for us and we would recommend them to anyone.

I would like to thank Lawrence for the service I received it was awesome. I would also like to say that the two young guys you sent to lay the carpet where to say the least, exceptional. They were kind, caring and very understanding towards my son who is autistic. They showed such lovely patience towards him and were so professional. The carpet looks awesome but it warmed my heart to see two young men work so well around a young boy with a disability and believe me i know how hard it is. He asks alot of questions and touches everything.
