I went to 3 different companies, before Harrisons The first one was over a hour late for quote didn't have a pen or tape measure and was not even in company uniform, i never received a quote. Second company verbally bagged others over the phone and gave me a quote without visiting the property. Then i remembered Harrisons! from start to finish flawless! Nathan was great throughout the project - he spent a lot of time helping me with the big decisions on carpet product and colour and vinyl plank product and colour. He was very patient throughout, answering my questions fully and providing samples to assist me.

The team were professional, tidy and committed to producing a good job with their attention to detail. They took great care in the uplift phase when removing tiles and carpet working to minimise dust and disruption. They kept the areas tidy as they worked. Rob made a great job aligning the vinyl planks in what I thought were trickey angles and odd spaces. Brodie also spent time planning so the carpet laying was smooth and the joins in the right place. We contacted our local Harrisons experts Nathan and Gena for a carpet quote and they duly fitted us in. We knew we were able to pick the carpet samples on site, but Nathan made it really easy by explaining the differences and we only had to take a few inside, I even decided to get a quote for vinyl as well when I saw what he had in his van! I was further surprised when I realised he could do the measure and quote on the spot! It was an easy decision to accept their quote. As arranged, both the carpet and vinyl were expertly laid by Rod and Marty, absolutely faultless! A 100% happy endorsement from us!
