I've used your company every time we need carpet and there's a very good reason for that. I've had this tiny room job on for the last several months, its always been something holding it up, your company is the only ones who showed up to measure and quote on the day and even early which was great, then the installers were exactly the same, they took such pride in their work that they even fixed some areas the last installer didn't get right. They left it clean and tidy, they communicated and were both friendly and approachable. It actually made for an enjoyable experience. I think often people are so use to complaining that they forget to pass it on when you're happy and we are so thank you and please thank them for us.
