Russell and Shirley were amazing throughout, as we navigated a massive renovation of our entire home. Albert and Mas did a fantastic job throughout the 5 day installation. We are absolutely thrilled, thank you for making it so easy.

Well, what can I say, Russell and Shirley......... I love .......LOVE the carpet that Russell guided me to choose, am 10,000,00 % happy, Russell was spot on and I am super impressed with the immaculate joins Mas did from the lounge/hallway/computer room areas too........ Mas was amazing, went over & beyond what one could ask for, gave me some handy hints too ( rubber mallet, YES !! ) and best of all, Mas left the games room and surrounding areas immaculate, Mas is brilliant, you are so lucky to have such a considerate carpet layer that goes that little bit extra. I am so pleased with Harrisons, was impressed how Russell helped Mas with everything too.... what a great boss ! I am just delighted and thank you so much.

Russell was outstanding in his service. Very knowledgeable and helpful without the pushy of selling. We choose Harrison's because they communicated so well, they were fair in price, did a great service and cleaned up after themselves. Wim the fitter that came was lovely, quick, and efficient. When Russell first arrived at our home to go through carpet and hard flooring options, we felt so comfortable and never pressured to go out of our budget, taste or style.

He matched with us perfectly with the carpet we felt best for our home and gave us wonderful professional opinions about the hard flooring as we are planning renovations.

Rather than after the sale, he advised us to plan our bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations before we make any decisions on the hard flooring. We were so grateful of his guidance through our first renovation.

Wim their phenomenal installer did an incredible install of our carpet. Our lounge required a join which is completely and utterly unnoticeable which we are absolutely thrilled by.

As we are still to level the house, he said he would happily come back to make any tweaks necessary - and even offered and assisted with bringing in the heaviest piece of furniture into our home. So grateful!

We've recently had Harrisons replace our carpet and it was a easy, smooth process. Russell was knowledgeable and very patient as we chose the new carpet and Shirley was thorough and efficient making it all very stress free. I can highly recommend these guys as a low price but great quality company. We will use them again.

I had really fretted about the job of getting the carpets laid. Honestly I had nightmares.
Well it couldn't have been easier. I had spent weeks cleaning out cupboards etc even so I couldn't help worrying about how the whole thing would come together. Russell had promised they would move the heavy stuff.
Well it couldn't have been smoother. Russell and Max arrived early and removed the furniture for the room/rooms that was being done on the day. Wim got stuck in ripping up the old carpet and laying the new one. When he was finished for the day Russell and Max came back to get the furniture back.
Wim was flat out for 3 days, it was a delight to work with this delightful hardworking team. We even got to meet Shirley when she dropped Max off one day.
Oh, by the way, we love the carpet. My husband hadn't been all that keen, but he is delighted with the carpet and the workmanship.
