Harrisons Porirua (Kerryn & Mark) were fantastic to deal with from the moment they arrived for the initial consultation. Very thorough, very professional, very down-to-Earth, lots of product options but very helpful with the elimination process too. The quote arrived the next day, was super sharp & definitely the cheapest - but it was their service that won me over. The install was booked in & their communication was regular right up to install day(s) & beyond. The installers were awesome - again, really down-to-Earth, friendly & professional. The finished job looks absolutely schmicko & we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Harrisons Porirua for any flooring needs.

Kerryn and Mark were great. Very friendly, came over with all the samples and spent a generous amount of time answering questions and providing advice to support my decision. They even dropped samples back a second time. Choosing, booking, and installing the carpet went very smoothly. The price was also really good compared to the quote I got from another well known carpet company.

We invited Kerryn and Mark to quote on our floor following an advertisement on a deal. We were super impressed by their service. Kerryn and Mark visited us in our home. They were very knowledgeable about their product and together with the samples they brought with them helped us to make the right decision for us quickly. They kept us informed of the progress to delivery which ended being a shorter lead time than expected and helped to unblock a barrier in our application for finance. The actual installation of the floor went faster than expected and we are supper happy with the result. This was by far the easiest part of our kitchen renovation. I wish all suppliers were as professional and thorough.

We enjoyed working with Kerryn & Mark, they came back several times with various samples and gave us great advice. Their installers were really efficient and did a great job, plus they had given good recommendations for other services needed. We left in the morning and came back late afternoon to new carpet!!!

Kerryn and Mark helped us after moving into a new house which Harrisons had previously done some work on. They offered a good range of options to assist us with some very minor repair work which their contractor completed quickly, efficiently leaving is with a great looking result.
