We recently had our floors polished and bedrooms carpeted by Devon's team and couldn't be happier! The whole experience was so professional and efficient which made it really easy for us. All communication was prompt and the work done to a beautifully high standard. I was also extremely impressed by how considerate and friendly the on-site team are given they had to work around us and our belongings. Highly recommend Devon and his fabulous team!!

Devon was excellent to deal with and gave me great advice regarding my carpet purchase. He also arranged for the old carpet to be delivered to the Bay of Plenty and laid at my son's place, which was very helpful. Everything went exactly as planned without requiring any follow-up. I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone involved for the quality of service provided to me. That started with the response to my initial enquiry, Devon attending at my home for a consultation and to provide advice and to discuss the possibility of a phased installation, through keeping me informed of the progress of my order once I had confirmed the job, to the actual installation which was necessarily interrupted by the current crisis and lockdown.
I have been impressed by the helpful, courteous, friendly and prompt service delivery that I have received from Devon, yourself and Devin the carpet installer. Having had some horrendous experiences with other trades whilst undertaking major renovations at home the service by Harrison’s has gone some way to restoring my faith that there are businesses out there who are customer focused and keen to provide quality, timely service and advice. Special mention must also made to Devin the carpet installer. He represented Harrisons in the best possible light and is clearly an asset to you. He communicated with me over the install promptly and courteously and I always knew what to expect and when. He took time to ensure that I was happy at all stages of the install and was very patient when I asked questions or sought advice on a number of points. His work was top notch and the finished result was what I had hoped it would be and certainly enhanced the look and presentation of my newly renovated home. That he was willing even to vacuum the carpets on completion of the install was a stark comparison to some fitters I have had the misfortune to have to deal with in over 20 years of doing builder’s cleans when I was in business! I have thanked him personally for his efforts but can you put that to him again please?

Michelle and Devon are fantastic. We have used their services twice now for carpet, vinyl and vinyl plank install. They were professional, kept us well informed throughout the process and offered keen insight into what might suit the colour scheme in the homes. The installers were prompt to arrive, friendly and got the job done quickly and to a high standard. It was also great the Michelle followed up each time with a phone call to make sure we were happy with the result. We will be using them again for our next project and we would happily recommend them to anyone!

The initial consultation was excellent Devon was very informative and helpful. The timeframe from first contact to installation was 6 months. Unfortunately this was due to the vinyl I was quoted was not in stock and it took that long for it to become available. I was kept fully informed of the delays but it was just as well I wasn’t in a hurry. Thanks for your assistance
